Raw Material and Production Process:
Hot rolling process is used to produce our rebar and structural steel products, controlled by expertise and our products are manufactured from imported prime quality steel billets.
Quality and Consistency:
Strict quality assurance plan supported by in-house testing for the parameters in respect of Chemistry and Mechanical properties is followed for all the products. Our products have also been tested successfully at independent laboratories such as University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka Standard Institution (SLSI), National Building Research Organization(NBRO) and Industrial Technology Institute (ITI) by our valued customers and found they are satisfied the requirements of Sri Lanka and British Standard.
Testing Regime:
The planed basis testing regime to ensure quality of the final products to comply with the SLS requirements by enclosing In coming material inspection, In process inspection and final product inspection.
Testing Facilities:
Chemical Laboratory – We possess laboratory facilities (Including a modern Spectrometer which is giving more than twenty elements, including Nitrogen, chemical test report ) and occupies well trained chemists to analyze the chemical elements contents of our raw material and finished products which has specified by the SLS 375:2009 Standard requirements.
Mechanical Laboratory:
Latest version of computerized Universal Testing Machines (UTM) of 60MT and 40MT capacity for testing of mechanical properties (Tensile Test & Bend/Rebend Tests) of in process and end products are available in the Mechanical laboratory and controlled by well trained personals. Rib geometry and mass are also controlled and compared with respect to the SLS and BS standard in continuous basis in the mechanical testing laboratory.
Other Facilities:
In-House Work Shop Complete in house workshop is available containing with latest technology machineries to do all the jobs required for the Steel product manufacturing process and quality control. Ex: CNC & EDM machines Pollution Control System Our primary aim is to commit to protect the environment for the future. Therefore we have made Stack Emission Control by setting a high efficiency modern air pollution control system
